Translated from the Bulgarian · Не искам да ти горчи

I don’t want it to be bitter for you
but want the soul to ache
when my bitter tears
weep for you, and the earth drinks them

Don’t say that today it’s like this
and tomorrow it will be different
We will swim in this river
and in dreams we will love each other

The measure of “everything flows…”
is it the measure of every thing
wouldn’t it be better if we stopped
and

I don’t want it to be bitter for you
but want your soul to ache
when my bitter tears
weep for you, and the earth drinks them
