Translated from the Bulgarian · Стая без духове

In the room. By a bare table,
on bare hard chairs.

Quietly staring at each other.
A quiet ghost train.
Or maybe a Ferris wheel?
Or a cold cable-car cabin
in the shadow of summer.

By the lamp
and under the hard chairs
not a trace of a ghost.
